Spiced Apple Bread

I hate to waste! I hate throwing out food that has gone "bad" because we neglected to eat it. It's the same as throwing away money! So anytime I have some mushy brown bananas I will make Banana Nut Bread! BUT today while cleaning I ran across 6 mushy apples..... I knew I could make applesauce but I wasnt in the mood for that, so I immediately ran to the iPad and googled "what to make with mushy apples"  and ran across this recipe for Spiced Apple Bread on a Taste of Home blog! I gathered all my ingredients and went to work!

I peeled, cored, and sliced my apples

Put the wet ingredients in the mixer
Mixed in the dry Ingredients and poured them into loaf pans (I used 1 9x5 and 2 smaller ones not sure of size)
After 20 minutes sprinkled the top with cinnamon/sugar mixture
40 minutes later.........
DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!
